Hi, I AM Christine Childress

A holistic life and transformational coach dedicated to guiding women toward aligned, meaningful, and empowered living. Through an integrated mind-body-soul approach, I support clients in uncovering the root causes of limiting beliefs and patterns, and in developing practical tools to foster clarity, confidence, and inner strength.

My Background

With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts and entrepreneurship I have developed a unique approach to Transformational Coaching that combines practical holistic approaches along with ancient wisdom and practices. I am a certified Health, Life and Transformational Coach through Health Coach Institute, Certified Yoga Teacher, Master Reiki Jin Kei Do Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist.

My Approach

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around guiding my clients to overcome their limiting beliefs holding them back from being their true authentic selves by cultivating self-awareness, and identifying their core values, beliefs and goals. This is accomplished by creating actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
