Hi, I AM Christine Childress

I am a body, mind, soul and spirit activator with Arize Coaching. Alchemizer of Life through harmonious alignment with the laws of nature. Tree lover, root seeker, chain breaker. I work with women desiring to Arize to the true essence of their soul's purpose. My calling is to guide my clients through a journey of self-discovery; digging deep into the roots of their limiting beliefs while providing practical tools and practices to transmute and activate the power within to Arize to infinite possibilities.

My Mission at Arize Coaching

is to guide women seeking to unlock and tap into their deepest desires and achieve their greatest potential through customized coaching, workshops and retreats. To assist clients by bridging the gap between where they are and where they want to be in life, so they can live the true expression of themselves.

My vision at Arize Coaching is to provide the best coaching experiences for my clients to grow and love themselves so they can be their true authentic selves unapologetically; therefore, they are able to give to others from the overflow of their own self-love and abundance.

My Background

With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts and entrepreneurship I have developed a unique approach to Transformational Coaching that combines practical holistic approaches along with ancient wisdom and practices. I am a certified Health, Life and Transformational Coach through Health Coach Institute, Master Reiki Jin Kei Do Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist.

My Approach

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around guiding my clients to overcome their limiting beliefs holding them back from being their true authentic selves by cultivating self-awareness, and identifying their core values, beliefs and goals. This is accomplished by creating actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
