Pricing varies based on the en-suite and occupancy you choose. This all-inclusive retreat offers optional enhancements. The “Accommodations” tab lists all eight en-suites with details and pricing. Single, double, or triple occupancy options are available. Rooms are first-come, first-served, so reserve your preferred en-suite now with a $500 deposit.  At checkout, simply note your desired en-suite and occupancy.

After your deposit is received, you’ll get a text to schedule a call with Christine to answer any questions and choose either a paid-in-full with bonus coaching call prior to retreat or a monthly payment plan (administration fee applies).

Your Soulful Sisterhood by the Sea Retreat is nestled along 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida—situated on a private stretch of shoreline along the breathtaking Emerald Gulf Coast, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 

Your host is Christine Childress — Certified Health/Life Coach and Yoga Instructor | Licensed Bodyworker | Somatic & Energy Practitioner

With over two decades of experience in the healing arts, Christine Childress is a holistic and transformational health and life coach dedicated to guiding her clients into deeper alignment, clarity, and embodied wellbeing. Her work integrates a powerful blend of modalities—including somatic therapeutic bodywork, through yoga and breath work along with energy work—to support her clients in releasing stored tension, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting to their innate wisdom.

As a retreat leader and facilitator, Christine curates deeply transformational experiences designed to reset your body, expand your mind, and open your heart. Her work is known for its grounded presence, compassionate guidance, and her ability to hold a safe, healing container for profound inner work.

Through private sessions, workshops, and retreats, Christine supports her clients in cultivating resilience, emotional clarity, and embodied empowerment—helping them step into a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and fully alive.

Parking is limited; however, a complimentary secure parking location will be provided for the duration of your retreat. Transportation will be arranged to and from the retreat venue. 

If you’re flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City is the closest option, located approximately 27 miles from the retreat. A transportation referral will be provided for travel to and from the venue.

Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is another option, located approximately 42 miles from the retreat. 

Additional transportation fees will apply. 

For guests who may find stairs challenging, the home is equipped with a convenient elevator providing access to all three levels. Feel free to select the en-suite that resonates most with you — comfort and ease are fully supported.  Please note: there are stairs leading to the main entrance of the home and to beach access. 

Take the opportunity to extend your retreat by arriving a day early to settle in and prepare and staying an extra day afterward to fully integrate your experience. Additional fees will apply.
