For more than thirty years, the Emerald Coast has been my heart where I feel most at home. I lived in Panama City Beach and completed my massage therapy training and fell in love with the calm and beauty of this place. More recently, while completing my Yoga Teacher Training at Balance Health Studio in Seagrove Florida, I stayed at this breathtaking beach house that reignited my connection to self and spirit. That experience planted a seed—to share this magic with other women.
And so, Soulful Sisterhood Retreat by the Sea was born—a space for women to return to their soul’s purpose.
